WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to our valued customers and want them to satisfy with their purchases so they can keep coming back to purchase from us or simply refer our products to their families and friends. At Unique Clothing Design, all of our products are unique, made custom to order, and produced per order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if our customers ordered a wrong size, color, or simply does not like the product. Please refer to size charts for actual garment measurements and capture the right information before you place an order.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order (i.e., manufacturing errors, printing issues, or clothing damages prior to arriving with our valued customer, etc.). If that is the case, we usually ask our customers to send a photo of the clothing showing the manufacturing errors, printing issues, or damaged areas to our Customer Service team, and we will be producing and sending you a replacement at no charge.
